Our Story

Home is the mission.

It starts with service

I have served nine years on active duty in the United States Army, and I'm still serving today.

Part of that time was spent with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.

The Army teaches lessons that never wear off. When something has to get done, you do not wait for perfect conditions. Three of those lessons run this company.

  1. 01

    Standards are not suggestions.

  2. 02

You take care of your people.

  3. 03

You show up and you handle it.

Then came the trades

While serving, I acquired Tidy Up Services, a cleaning company in Jacksonville. Running it put me inside the home services industry, on both sides of the front door.

Good people on both sides of that door, and the same industry squeezing all of them.

What homeowners got

  • No-shows
  • Mystery pricing
  • A stranger with your address

What the pros got

  • Paying for leads that go nowhere
  • Racing five strangers to the lowest price
  • Chasing invoices instead of working

Both sides were losing, that never sat right with me.

So we built Domas

Domas & Co. is the company I wished existed for my customers and for my crews.

We kept it simple. You join, you tell us what your home needs, and we send someone we've vetted ourselves and would trust in our own house. You know the price before anyone knocks on your door, and the pros doing the work get treated like professionals, not leads. That's the whole idea.

The Vaglica family

What home means

I'm a husband and a dad to a three-year-old girl.

Home is not a market segment to me. It is where my family lives. It is the one place in your life that simply has to work. Domas exists so more families can feel about their home the way I feel about mine. Cared for, without the stress, the guesswork, or the luck.

Tidy Up and Domas both live under Vaglica Group.
